I recently went to the YC and my experience honestly couldn't have been any better! The establishment was very clean,... there were many ice cream flavors and toppings to choose from, and the staff was so helpful! Everyone is so sweet and helps to make exactly what you want. It’s a great environment with really good rolled ice... cream! I definitely recommend bringing kids to see them rolling the ice cream or just going by yourself. Either way you get great service and good ice cream. If you end up having the worker, Alyssa F. Then you lucked out! All the workers are great but she stood out to be one of the better ones. She’s sweet, funny and gave exactly what I wanted with a smile. I’ve been there three times she’s worked and she has never disappointed!read more

I have been coming to the YC pretty much since they started serving rolled ice cream, I’m a rolled ice cream fanatic. I... have to say it was always a pleasant experience until recently. I do not see the friendly faces that used to work there instead I was served by a very rude girl today. Luckily in my search on google I found a rolled ice cream place down the mountain by my daughters that also serves boozy rolled ice cream. Sorry YC, that’s going to be my go to place from now on. Delicious Flavors and a lot of choices and toppings. Very friendly staff. Very clean inside the place. They have... flatscreens in the place that you watch them make some of the things on the menu as you wait to order or wait for your stuff. Also they make your ordered item in front of you. Its quite satisfying in my personal opinion watching it. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to try something new.read more

When I went to Yogurt City I most enjoyed it.My favorite yogurt is strawberry and I like putting on the flavored little... beads. Tori was so courteous and polite. And is always helpful. The establishment is very clean and what a variety of toppings. I bring my grandchildren there and they love it. Tori Wells is a valuable employee to your staff. She gives the kind of characteristics that makes a company great.read more

This was our first visit to Yogurt City and it won't be our last! The rolled ice cream is amazing. It's made right... there in front of you and it's mesmerizing and interesting to watch the process and how it freezes and is rolled up before your eyes. They have a variety of different flavors you can choose from and even make your own. They even offer vegan and dairy free options too. I ended choosing the Chocolate Chip Dough Boy which is chocolate chip cookie dough flavored rolled up ice cream. It was delicious and almost too nice looking to eat! Also sampled the frozen yogurt and they have a variety of flavors and loads of toppings. The cool part is unlike other places, they don't go by weight for pricing but by cup size. So you can load your cup up as much as you'd like and it's still the same price. That is really a huge plus and a great decision! Both were great tasting sweet treats, service was great and staff very friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. Well worth it! I look forward to them opening up in Wilkes-Barre very soon as well!read more

If you dont want rolled ice cream, there are many frozen yogurt choices you can pick too. Self serve on the wall...how fun!! Clean facility. Decent and fair price. Cool atmosphere. Plenty of seating.
